About Me
Who Am I?
My name is Priscilla Rybakov. I am an Architectural Engineering Technologist and Master Practitioner of Classical Feng Shui, BaZi (Chinese Astrology), and Date Selection.
I am an honors graduate of the Architectural Engineering Program at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Edmonton Alberta, Canada, the 2002 class. I am also an honors graduate of the Master Practitioner Classical Feng Shui Program by Dato Joey Yap, Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2013.
While my career in building design started in 2002 serving as a junior Architectural Technologist with a popular home builder in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; home design was my passion from a very young age. My favorite childhood pass time was sitting with a piece of grid paper, a ruler and pencil putting to paper the houses I was creating in my mind. Perhaps I was born a home designer. I was quite happy developing my practical skills in building design working with local home builders. But, my free spirit was calling me to express how I felt homes needed to be designed. So, in 2007, I took a leap of faith and quit my day job to offer myself as a free agent. Best decision ever!
Soon after I started freelance work, my son was born and he suffered illness at a very young age. The type of illness doctors considered 'non curable'... While studying architecture, I was introduced to Feng Shui. But I did not take the subject seriously until I became a mother of a sick child. Fortunately, I found Dato Joey Yap, who taught me most of what I know today with respect to Classical Feng Shui, BaZi, and Date Selection. For the last 19 years I have been a custom home designer; and a customer home designer with unique metaphysic skills for the last 13 years.
While many of my design projects have not been designed with metaphysics, today I focus my time and effort on clients who are ready to incorporate positive changes in their lives.
