Renovation Design

Bring your dream renovation to life with powerful 3D modelling tools and professional guidance from a certified architectural designer.
Includes:
- Free 1 hour design consultation on site (at the property)
- As-Built drawings prepared from data collect on site
- Preliminary design (3D and 2D)
- Two sets of revisions (3D and 2D)
- Current Qi Map with interpretation
If site visit is not possible, you provide detailed site data (as-built dimensions and important details).
Home Plans
Starts at 1000 CAD
With a design plan in place, I prepare the construction documents (home plans) you need to bring your new build or renovation project to reality!
Includes:
- Title page with rendered perspective and front elevation
- 2D floor layout for all levels (fully dimensioned and detailed)
- Building and wall sections, as required
- Window & door schedules
- Provided in .pdf format at min. 1/4"=1' scale
- Codes review for your area (some exceptions)
New Build Design

Your new-build dream home design is just a click away! With powerful design software, you can see your future home long before it is built. With my 20+ years experience in preparing architectural designs, you can trust your completed design will be well thought through, accurate, and buildable.

- Preliminary 3D & 2D views
- Two sets of design revisions (3D & 2D)
- Current Qi Map with interpretation
